The Uncle Tims is an Encinitas-based four-piece garage-rock band, delivering lush soundscapes and power-pop melodies, paired with the gritty energy of Alternative rock.

 Formed in 2025 by high school best friends Sawyer Mitchell and Aaron Hernandez, The Uncle Tims quickly garnered a cult following through infectious live shows at established venues and packed backyard house shows. The band features Sawyer Mitchell on lead vocals, Aaron Hernandez on guitar, Tyler Overstreet on  drums, and David Perez on bass.
